How pricing works
Three parts. Each priced on its own terms.
You pay for the software you use, the project work you need and the support you want to keep.
KigoCloud subscription
A modular subscription priced per module and per number of users. Start with what you need and add modules as you grow.
Implementation projects
Setup, data migration, integrations and custom modules are quoted per scope after a short discovery.
Maintenance plans
Ongoing support, updates and monitoring for the platforms we build, agreed as a maintenance plan.
From question to quote
A clear number, not a guess.
Tell us what you need
Send a short description through the contact form: your business, current tools and what should change.
Short discovery
We clarify modules, number of users, integrations and any data to migrate.
Written quote
Subscription and project work are itemised separately, so you see exactly what each part covers.
Go live
We set up, migrate and connect, then hand over with documentation and support.
What affects the price
You only pay for what you actually use.
The subscription grows with your business, not ahead of it. Project work is scoped once and written down.

FAQ
Pricing questions
Why is there no price list?
Most clients combine several modules with some integration work, so a single list price would be misleading. Contact us and we will quote your exact setup.
Can I start small?
Yes. The subscription is modular: begin with the modules you need and add others later.
Is an implementation project always required?
It depends on your setup. Integrations, data migration and custom modules are scoped as a project; we tell you upfront what is needed.
How do I get a quote?
Use the contact form. A short description of your business and current tools is enough to start.
