BONK: new WooCommerce shop with KigoCloud sync

The new generation of the BONK shop for bikes, coffee and service: a custom WooCommerce block theme with two-way KigoCloud sync for orders, products and stock.

The challenge

Bikes, coffee and service in one shop.

BONK is a cycling shop with a café: bikes, coffee and a bike service under one roof. This project is the new generation of the Bonk web shop.

The shop had to match an agency design closely, stay easy to edit, and keep orders, products and stock in step with KigoCloud.

What we built

A custom WooCommerce shop tied to the ERP.

Custom block theme

A WordPress block theme built to match the agency design, page by page.

Editable content zones

Content areas the team edits in the block editor, without touching code.

Real filtering and sorting

Product filters and sorting that work on real catalogue data.

4-step checkout

A checkout split into four clear steps.

Product search

Search across the catalogue, right from the header.

Two-way KigoCloud sync

Orders go to KigoCloud, and products and stock come back from the ERP.

Integration

One source of truth for stock and invoices.

  • Orders: shop → KigoCloud, with R1 invoices for business buyers
  • Products: KigoCloud → shop
  • Stock: KigoCloud → shop

The ERP side is KigoCloud, our own platform, so both ends of the sync are software we maintain.
