The challenge
A shop and a blog on one platform.
Bonk.hr needed a web shop and a blog that work together: products, articles and newsletter sign-ups in one place.
We built it together with BID Grupa d.o.o., on a framework that leaves room for custom features.
What we built
Sylius under the hood, content up front.
Sylius web shop
A web shop built on Sylius and Symfony, the open-source e-commerce framework for PHP.
CMS and blog
A CMS plugin for pages and blog posts, managed from the same admin as the shop.
PayWay payments
Card payments at checkout through the PayWay payment gateway.
Mailchimp
Newsletter sign-ups connected to Mailchimp.
SEO
Search-friendly URLs and page metadata for shop and blog content.
Built with BID Grupa
Co-built with BID Grupa d.o.o., with Symmetria on the engineering side.
