What happens when a card fails?
The subscription enters dunning. Retries follow your schedule, each with an email linking to the update-card screen, and after the final retry it pauses or cancels.
Can we bill by usage?
Usage-based billing on top of fixed plans is available as a custom extension, as are multi-currency price lists and partner revenue sharing.
